Right of Return

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange of standard EXTUS equipment. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, contact us even if the 30 days have passed.

Start a return

Use the Withdraw from contract form, email exitus@mira.fi, or write to the return address below. Tell us which item or order you wish to return. Your order number helps us find it. You may withdraw before the goods arrive, and you do not need to give a reason.

For an exchange, tell us which size, colour or item you would like so we can check availability. If you will not collect a parcel, please also tell us that you wish to cancel the order.

The first 14 days

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days after you or someone you designate receives the goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period runs from receipt of the last item. You may open the packaging and try the equipment as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any loss of value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit.

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Keep proof of postage. For a statutory withdrawal, you pay direct return postage only if you were informed of that cost before ordering. If this was not disclosed, we cover the direct return cost. Ask us for return instructions before buying postage.

The extended return period

From day 15 through day 30, we also accept standard items for exchange or refund if they are clean, unused and undamaged, with their tags attached and in the original packaging. Email us within the 30-day period for packing and shipping instructions.

Equipment made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised is excluded from change-of-mind returns. Choosing a standard size or colour does not make an item personalised. Your rights if the goods are defective still apply.

Pack the equipment securely and include your name and order number if available. For return instructions, contact exitus@mira.fi.

When you receive your refund

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or you provide proof of dispatch, whichever happens first. For a full withdrawal we also refund the least expensive standard outbound delivery we offered. Any extra amount for express delivery stays at your expense. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

For a return under the extended period, we arrange the refund or agreed exchange after the equipment arrives and we check its condition.

Wrong, damaged or faulty equipment

Email exitus@mira.fi with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging can help. We will explain the next steps and cover necessary return costs for a verified fault or delivery error. Statutory remedies can include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, as applicable.

Model withdrawal notice

You can copy this notice into an email or letter. The online form and a clear message in your own words are equally valid.
